In the first 10 minutes you will be asked to fill in form with questions regarding your dog: an ” Intake assessment” , and sign. This is to have an idea on who your friend is and what he/she prefers. Also illnesses and/or problems.

If your dog is nervous you may be asked to stay in for the first time, or if too anxious you will be asked to take a walk in the are or come back once done.

The hair structure of your pet will be asset , to see how we can arrive at the desired look.

If your dog hair is matted, has hair knots or is difficult to work with, it will impact the price of the grooming procedure.
